Centering the shipment are our signature undercarriage bottom rollers (track rollers). These components are engineered to withstand the immense weight and multi-directional stress of tracked vehicles. Each roller has undergone precise induction hardening to achieve an optimal hardness depth (HRC 52-58). This rigorous heat treatment ensures a fortified wear surface, significantly extending the service life of the rollers in muddy, abrasive, or rocky terrains. Our Korean partners have consistently reported that Shengde rollers deliver a superior price-to-performance ratio compared to OEM alternatives, drastically reducing their fleet’s maintenance downtime.
Accompanying the rollers on separate pallets are complete sets of our heavy-duty track chains (track links). As the backbone of the undercarriage system, these chains are forged from high-grade 50MnB alloy steel. Every link, pin, and bush is meticulously machined and heat-treated for maximum tensile strength and fatigue resistance. The precise fitment ensures smooth articulation and minimal internal friction, providing the stable foundation that Korean operators depend on for precise machine control.
The logistics process is as critical as the manufacturing process itself. As shown in the images, our certified forklift operators work with precision to ensure each pallet is securely loaded onto the dispatch truck. Proper weight distribution and secure fastening are paramount to prevent any movement during transit, guaranteeing that the parts arrive at the customer’s facility in Seoul in perfect, ready-to-install condition.
