We just completed and dispatched track undercarriage systems including 11 full sets of integrated crawler chassis and their respective installation accessories. They are currently on the way to SANY Heavy Industry production base in China.
Engineering Specifications and Material Integrity
Every unit in this shipment was manufactured to meet rigorous structural integrity requirements. We utilized specialized alloy steels tailored to the mechanical demands of each component: 35Mn (35 Manganese) was used for the sprockets, idlers, and track links to ensure balanced toughness, while 50Mn (50 Manganese) was employed for the roller shells to provide superior load-bearing resistance. To ensure long-term durability, critical surfaces underwent deep induction hardening (HRC 52-58). Precision CNC machining was applied throughout the assembly to guarantee a 100% precision fit, facilitating seamless integration upon arrival at the SANY facility.
Logistics and Secure Transit
The onsite documentation captures the final stage of our quality assurance protocol. Our logistics team is seen meticulously securing the 11 units onto long flatbed trailers. Using industrial-grade rope binding and reinforced tensioners, each chassis is immobilized to prevent shifting during transit. These protective measures ensure that the factory-grade finish and mechanical alignment of the components remain pristine until they reach the assembly line.
