Idler
The idler, also known as the tension wheel, works together with the track adjuster to guide the track chain and maintain proper track tension. Positioned at the front of the undercarriage, it helps reduce vibration and prevents track derailment during operation. As a key load-bearing and guiding component, the idler must feature high structural strength, excellent wear resistance, and precise dimensional accuracy to ensure smooth travel and long service life under harsh working conditions.
