By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry or placing an order for our track undercarriage systems and components, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Technical Accuracy & Confirmation

Our products, including systems, sprockets, idlers, and rollers etc. are engineered for specific machinery or customized for specific machinery.

Precision Fit: Due to the high variety of machinery models, technical dimension confirmation with our engineering team is essential to guarantee a 100% precision fit.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate equipment specifications or dimension information. We are not liable for non-fit issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

2. Product Specifications & Quality

We maintain strict manufacturing standards for all systems and components.

Material Integrity: Our sprockets and idlers are crafted from 35Mn alloy steel, while roller shells utilize 50Mn alloy steel for superior load-bearing. Track links and shoes are also manufactured using 35Mn.
Hardness Standards: Critical wear surfaces undergo deep induction hardening to reach a hardness of HRC 52-58.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update technical specifications or manufacturing processes to improve product performance without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product descriptions, technical drawings, professional photography of our workshop/shipments, and the “Shengde Machinery” brand, is our exclusive property. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our media or technical data is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Application: Our undercarriage systems are designed for specific industrial environments (e.g., excavators, drilling rigs, and crushers).
Exclusion: We are not liable for component failure caused by improper installation, overloading beyond rated capacity, or use in environments for which the product was not engineered.

5. Delivery & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all dispatch timelines, such as our recent successful fulfillment for the SANY Heavy Industry base, delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international shipping disruptions, or other force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters is located. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be resolved through the designated arbitration center in our local region.
