What materials do you use to ensure the durability of the undercarriage?

Quality starts with materials. We use high-strength 50MnB, 40Mn2 or 35MnB alloy steel for critical components. Specifically speaking, sprockets, idler shells and steel tracks are made of 35MnB. This type of steel provides a balance between wear resistance and tensile toughness. Roller shells are made of 50MnB to maximize the wear resistance. All key contact positions of the parts undergo rigorous heat treatment and deep induction hardening (HRC 52-58) to maximize structural integrity and wear resistance in harsh environments.
